
Yeast Vit Buffer the Acid Slayer is a blend of buffers adapted to maintain a constant intracellular pH in yeast during sugar fermentation.
For optimum performance use all our 3 parts together. Obtaining a neutral alcohol base from your sugar solution:
1 - Just Add Sugar
2 - Buffer
3 - Magsul
Yeast Vit Buffer the Acid Slayer Buffer Solution is added after sugar boil preferably below 60OC. Rate of application is given below
